- Booking and reservation using Amadeus.
- Responsible for reservations, Issue, re-issue, change and refund tickets on Amadeus.
- Follow-up with clients.
- Create daily reports.
- Manage daily requests.
Job Requirements
- 2 years of experience.
- V. Good in English.
- Good communication skills
- Using AMADEUS system - the certified course is a must.
- Good communication skills.
