Job Description
- Supervise the implementation of the system of the sector in its plant.
- Compensate plant expenses and increase production.
- Analyze the existing and future projects and the preparation of the necessary reports and to be submitted to the management.
- Follow up the implementation of daily production with precision.
- Follow-up consumption of concrete materials and achieve savings without compromising quality.
- Follow up the plant balances through the accountant of the plant and follow up collection.
- Ensure the site members engagement and satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Faculty of Engineering require a civil, mechanical or a Bachelor of Science degree + Post Management Studies are preferred.
- From 5+ years of experience in ready mix industry.
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills.
- Excellent Organizational Skills with ability to multitask.
