Job Description
- Balancing the available resources with Sales forecast & issue preliminary MPS.
- Issue weekly production plan and share with production and maintenance team to ensure alignment
- Control short-term materials compared to production needs.
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production
- Demand Schedule shift according to production need.
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports regarding productivity, efficiency, quality etc.
- Ensure optimization of resources including manpower, material etc.
- Modify existing programs to enhance efficiency
- Develop production monthly reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical engineering and production).
- From 2-4 Years of experience in Production or planning.
- Fluent in English written and spoken.
- Excellent communication abilities
- Advanced user of MS Office
- ERP systems User
