Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Responsible for the design and execution of the sales and marketing plan for retail and wholesale.
Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted strategies

Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship
Overseeing social media specialist and web content creator.

Previous experience in Business Development, Sales or account management
5-8 years of experience.
Digital & Online Market knowledge is preferred
Excellent English proficiency.
International Business experience is Preferred/ Ability to communicate with international business.
Previous experience in the hospitality sector or corporate gifts is preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, solution oriented.
