Job Description
- Responsible for monthly payroll and maintain payroll information as required.
- Review the monthly payroll calculation and ensure that all employee transactions have been accurately reflected in calculation.
- Responsible for gathering payroll data by following up with managers and supervisors concerning variables, deductions or bonuses.
- Prepare the resignation with calculating the final settlement.
- Acts as a central point of references for internal queries about payroll issues.
- Respond to employees’ inquiries, requests and handling employees complaints.
- Responsible for preparing HR letters and bank transfers.
- Responsible for audit all administrative work that related to company employees like missions, excuses, penalties, vacations schedule, attendance & the social insurance.
- Follow and maintain the HR database and regularly update the personnel information.
- Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
- Follow and maintain social insurance actions.
- Review the employees' Monthly Attendance, Deducting the absenteeism, Late, early leave and penalties from their salaries.
- Handling employee's contracts and official papers as required.
- Represent the Group for all labor and social insurance issues.
- Responsible for all required forms for social insurance (Forms 1, 6 and 2).
- Prepare and maintain employment records in terms of employment papers and required documents.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Males only.
- Excellent in Excel.
- Experienced with: Labor Law and labor offices
- Languages: Very good English language
