Job Description
- Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content on social media (images, video and written, ads, landing pages, etc.).
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions.
- Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
- Create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
- Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
- Compile reports showing results (ROI).
Job Requirements
- Knows how to create a content plan and execute against it.
- MUST know and leverage Twitter and Instagram and knows how each platform works differently.
- General knowledge of SEO is required.
- Must be very knowledgeable in growing audience organically.
- Must show a proven track record of managing and growing user bases across social media channels.
- Must know how to follow trends and leverage them.
- Must be familiar with conducting social media performance analysis and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with email marketing.
- Familiarity with lading pages creations and best practices.
- Arabic and English command should be top notch.
- Knowledge in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Falcon.io etc.
- Must have a comprehensive idea of different Arab cultures and its nuances.
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of YouTube and video production is a plus.
- A keen eye for design is a plus.
- Knowledge of Gaming and sports is a plus.
