Job Description

  • Accounts & Administration Executive must be smart and talented enough to contribute right in boosting our organization productivity through proven techniques. responsible for supporting Human Resource and accounting tasks smartly, playing an essential role in managing the employee’s talents & benefits, Egyptian work labor-related topics and issues, staff recruiting, new employee onboarding and a variety of administrative Human Resources tasks.
  • S/He will also manage the finance organization-related tasks, as for example but not limited to; responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciling bank accounts, recording cash receipts and disbursements, and maintaining the accuracy of vendor and our partners. The Accounts & Administration Executive will also manage the employee's payroll, vacations, income taxes in addition to any governmental and any Egyptian Labor related issues to support the Human Resources Manager.
  • This position must be experienced with the Egyptian Labor Law and to provide the highest level of professionalism to our employees and candidates, maintaining a professional and friendly role model, while maintaining a very high degree of the ethical duty of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and coordinate the day-to-day processing of benefit programs including new employees, changes, terminations, insurance, keeping all tracking and records up-to-date
  • Support in employee’s payroll management and expenses to be submitted to Finance by the end of each monthly cycle.
  • Benefit and Leave Administration
  • Assist and advise employees and managers regarding leave management and benefits, any HR procedures and policies within specified guidelines
  • Manage all employees’ inquiries and requests concerning vacations, work policies, allowance, expenses, etc…
  • Conduct orientation for new employees
  • Manage, prepare and distribute the company different policies and raise the awareness of employees and management about the different benefits programs
  • Serve as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators
  • Assist with the recruitment process for all open positions such as posting jobs, preparing job offers, and screen applications, schedule interviews, manage the interview process, follow up with candidates, forward acceptance/rejection letters
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to employment activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting & preferred to have Master degree in accounting and finance
  • 3 to 4 years (in a similar role) worked with Office Administration & Accounting
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Solid experience and understanding of the Egyptian labor law
  • Good experience with the Information Technology & related software tools
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and information technology
  • Details-oriented
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
