Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the warehouse operations and teams, including: Inbound, Inventory and Outbound
  • Create KPI’s and implement simple systems for evaluating and improving performance
  • Use order life analysis to monitor end-to-end warehouse process and improve operational efficiency.
  • Setup and continuously improve warehouse operations processes
  • Design dashboards to easily identify bottleneck areas of the operational processes
  • Oversee daily reporting on Incidents/Change/Problem tickets and SLA status
  • Monitor the queues closely to identify anomalies and thus improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure the timely scan at all the legs and updating in systems for movement as transferable unit
  • Liaise with the technical teams as well as the local teams on all matters related to warehousing systems
  • Controlling Losses from Warehouses
  • Controlling Out-of-Stock (OOS)

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in warehousing and/or logistics
  • Experience in operational management and/or e-commerce operations
  • Enthusiastic and interested in operations and technology
  • Team player, able to build trust with people quickly and resolve conflicts when needed
  • Proactive and has a passion to be on the field
  • Has good problem solving and analysis skills
  • Flexible and adapts easily with rapidly changing working schedules
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Effective communications skills, including presentations skills
