Job Description
Responsible for achieving a pre-set marketing target/return to the company.
- Initiation and development of products/ business relationships with different schemes to generate business in different industry sectors including vendor finance programs and other approved programs by AT LEASE.
- Assessment of the market opportunities and target market.
- Promoting & management of newly introduced products/programs to the market.
- Prepare and present the product benefits to new prospect companies.
- Provide efficient customer service standards and maintain ongoing relationships with existing lessees.
- Evaluate customers financial means to achieve a favorable risk/return relationship.
- Responsible for all aspects of the lease transaction until closure of the deal (legal, credit approval, funding, documentation…etc.)
- Create new marketing channels for the company products.
- Preparing all required amendment memos for approved clients.
- Prepare a comprehensive Basic Information Reports (BIR) on all visited clients & Know Your Customer Reports (KYC) on all approved clients.
- Follow up on the performance of accounts and solve any problems to ensure on-time collection.
- Follow up on disbursement of funds to the client.
- Review performance and objectives with marketing manager.
Job Requirements
- University Graduate from a leading university.
- Credit Course or equivalent diploma /certificate is a MUST.
- From 3 years up to 10 years experience in leasing &/or corporate banking.
- Excellent command of English Language & computer skills is a must.
