Job Description
- Conduct training workshops, presentations, sales meetings to support and achieve the sales targets.
- Measure the effectiveness of the training.
- Be an integral member of the team and align with them on needs for Training
- Take the initiative to plan and execute the Training plan to influence Endorsers.
- Design training materials to improve the effectiveness of the Sales Force through education of products.
- Identify and implement training modules to facilitate effective training for employees and clients.
- Be flexible and champion new training methodology: e-learning / Web
- Work with associates to ensure proper communication and complete understanding of products to all clients, associates and sales staff.
- Gather Market feedback and share with the Sales team
- Focus point regarding product queries for Sales team and Customers/ dealers
- Evaluate the induction training and prepare the monthly report.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree at least
- Excellent communicator
- IT / Telecommunication background is preferred
- Willingness to constantly learn
- 1+ Years work experience as a trainer
- Could create training reports and excellent user of excel
- Fluent English
