About the Company

Iqraa is an online platform that connects learners from all over the world who wish to learn the correct recitation of the holy Quran with online teachers in real-time recitation sessions on demand. Iqraa is available on Apple and Android devices

Position Title:

Marketing Manager

Reporting to:

General Manager

Position Basic Function:

Carry out the planning and managing of marketing campaigns that would promote the company’s brand, products, and services. This involves the planning and managing of digital marketing and social media campaigns and the identification of relevant trends.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and design all aspects of Iqraa’s digital marketing department. That includes the marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and monitor budgets of the campaigns.
  • Create, plan, and manage Iqraa’s social media platforms.
  • Prepare reports on the overall performance of Iqraa’s marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the experts in the relevant fields to improve Iqraa’s marketing results.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the industry Iqraa is operating in.
  • Continuously evaluate the factors that affect iqraa’s website and app traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Work with the marketing team to come up with new and innovative growth strategies.

Job Requirements

Basic Profile Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
  • Deep knowledge of the various social media platforms, best practices, and website/app analytics.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Optimize website and social media channels for SEO
  • Manage art and copywriting professionals (outsourcing where needed)
  • Art direction background is required.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the digital marketing field.
  • Solid experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO

Skill Requirements

A perfect candidate for this job should have:

  • Very good command of English Language
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sufficient computing Skills (Excel, Powerpoint and Email software)
  • Creativity and Innovation
  • Experience in institutions that teach Quran to non-Arabic speakers is an asset
