Job Description

The Mixers is a digital and content agency based in Nasr City, Cairo. We produce high-quality content for clients in several fields including Fashion, Technology, Food & Beverage, Retail and more... Our aim is hiring the best players in the market, and become one of the greatest agencies in MENA regarding Content Creation, Quality and Commitment.

Job duties:

  • Developing and implementing a business sales strategy for the market that ensuring attainment of company sales goals and targets.
  • Arranging and attending meetings with clients indoor and outdoor to discuss and identify their advertising requirements.
  • Visiting networking functions and exhibition events and diversifying your network
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Communicating and acting as the link with the client maintaining regular contact, ensuring that communication flows effectively.
  • Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts and presenting the company services to prospective clients.
  • Presenting campaign ideas and budget to the client
  • Working with colleagues from different teams to accomplish tasks on the client's brief and budgets.
  • Generating new sales leads and achieving high sales targets and goals.
  • Ensuring timely Collection of Payment from the client, ensuring business continuity by ensuring healthy sales generation.
  • Undertaking administrative tasks when needed

Job Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in Sales with proven sales achievements.
  • V. Good Marketing background and social media marketing background specifically is a must.
  • Previous Experience in Marketing/Advertising agency is a must.
  • Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Maintains excellent on-going knowledge of Exhibitions, Events Management, and Marketing industry.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Self-owned laptop.
