Description:
- Develop and manage web applications PHP Laravel and other web technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) using the agile methodologies doing most of the activities including design, development, peer review, and unit testing of user requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Senior PHP Laravel Developer will be responsible for maintaining existing PHP code, optimizing MySQL queries, developing custom PHP solutions, designing and developing integration with other systems through web services (APIs), and actively assisting in improving the usability, usefulness, and functionality of highly customized consumer and business-to-business Enterprise Systems. We routinely build new systems and adopt legacy installations, so you must be able to architect well the new systems and troubleshoot the old ones.
Duties:
- Develop on new and existing client projects built using the Laravel framework
- Architect web applications according to best practices
- Build efficient, testable, and reusable code
- Maintain high performance, and solve complex performance problems
- Communicate and collaborate with developers on the team
- Develop solutions in given time frames
- Communicate with managers about any issues or concerns
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or relative experience
- 2+ years of experience developing Laravel applications
