- Follow up all SLA's.
- Regular visits for customers for testing and maintenance for sold devices.
- Handle customer complains.
- Training for customers on sold devices.
- Support the sales team if needed.
- Weekly and monthly reporting for maintenance visits, customer complains.

- Bachelor Degree from Bio-Medical, Mechanic or Mechatronics Engineering
