Job Description

  • Track balanced scorecards for passenger cars across the value chain and in all channels and analyzes monthly, quarterly and annual performance reporting across all PC value chain against budget and prior periods.
  • List the critical success factors (CSF) for each business process.
  • Design metrics that monitor the critical success factors on an on-demand basis.
  • Elicit data and reporting requirements from business leadership, and other staff, using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, data analysis, task, and workflow analysis.
  • Design and implement scorecards using (Microsoft BI Tools & Dashboard Designer) across all PC Sector.
  • Present data and analysis to key stakeholder groups as requested, including creating materials for and giving presentations as needed.
  • Prepare a strategy map that is in line with the company goals.
  • Enhance operational performance and decision-making through the analysis of operational data and KPIs reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Management Information System or Information System.
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Advanced MS Excel (create macros and complex formulas), Advanced MS Visio Diagram.
  • Excellent command of English
  • Good communication skills.
  • Hard worker & capable to work under stress.
  • Good leadership skills.
  • Team worker.
  • Strong strategic and analytical abilities
  • Presentation skills
