He will handle a number of departmental or organizational responsibilities.
He will orchestrate a sales team, set short-term and long-term goals for a sales division, collaborate with other departments, and conduct meetings.

Need at least a bachelor’s degree in sales, business, or marketing.
Years of experience for more than 7 years.
Preferred background works at a retail company, especially at Perfumes and Cosmetics.
Age no more than 50 years old.
Ability to perform damage control by minimizing loss, conflict, and confusion.
