Job Description
- Work closing with Sales Team and Marketing to increase company revenue and acquire new logos.
- Work closely with clients to assure the satisfaction and the business growth.
- Ensure end-to-end smooth steps between Sales and delivery.
- Work with the sales team and new potential clients to identify and qualify the opportunities.
- Define the scope, structure, Operating Model and estimate cost of the services.
- Assure Handshaking with Delivery team and help them to choose the right project engagement approach to assure customer satisfaction.
- Work proactively with existing clients for cross and up-selling.
- Work with Marketing and Sales teams to develop all required company assets to help fast track reaching clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, product managers, developers and clients to design complex solutions.
- Document effective methodologies and deliverable for project re-use, enabling the Customer Experience Transformation practice to scale.
- Effectively map customer needs/problems to compelling software-enabled solutions.
- Work across organizational boundaries to demonstrate best practices and expertise on behalf of customers.
- Lead and support strategy and service engagements including defining project methodologies, developing taxonomies and prioritization approaches, conducting external research and design for operating models.
Job Requirements
Experience:
- 5 to 8 years experiences in software development with prove record in client engagement and pre-sales activities.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technology-related discipline (Computer Science/ Engineering)
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple short and long-term projects or varying scopes with customers across the country
- Patient, communicative, great teammate that is detail-oriented and has excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, tenacity, and fortitude
- Vigorous communication skills.
- Fluency with Windows operating systems and web technologies.
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft on-prem and cloud Technologies that includes but not limited to Office365, SharePoint, Azure Services.
- Excellent Knowledge in development using client-side technologies and server-side technologies.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%, as needed.
- Excellent communication using English and Arabic.
Plus skills:
- Communication using 3rd Language like French.
- Experience in Document Management.
- Deep knowledge in specific industries.
- FileNet or Documentum Experiences.
