- In charge of Home appliance customer service management, optimizing the customer service process and procedure
- Collect customer feedback, analyze and provide to related department to make quality improvement
- Take charge of Carlcare Service center program, including service engineer's recruitment, training, supervision, insure all service center well operated
- Complete related reports regularly
- Work place (Cairo,and travel all the Egypt for business)
Job Requirements
- University or above education level
- 5 years or above relative experience, at least 2 years team management experience
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong problem finding and solving skills, target oriented
- Experience of customer service system development is preferred
- Familiar with office software
