Warehouse Manager - Port Said

The warehouse manager reports to the Director General of Finance and the Managing Director,as he is responsible for the warehouse department and manages the warehouse department efficiently and profitably, by professionally managing employees and rationalizing costs, achieving goals, maintaining and permanently monitoring the records of the warehouse division periodically. Ensure that the utilization of the work time of supervisors, storekeepers and workers to maximize work efficiency.

Main Duties:

• Prepare warehouse plans and executive programs that ultimately flow to achieve the main goals of the company. 
• Supervising warehouse monitoring activities and verifying the correctness of the methods applied in this field.
•  Applying procedures for stock control.
•  Review all warehouse transactions for stores.
•  Review and review the addition permits received from the stores, along with the examination and receiving records.
•  Coordination with all departments in order to remove any obstacles facing the implementation of the inventory control system.
•  Participate in designing audit books, records and models used in monitoring and controlling stocks.
•  Participate in the inventory process for all the company's stores. 
• Ensure that the computer system is used in relation to inventory control activity, both centrally and decentralized.
• Preparing reports on the follow-up and evaluation of the results of the warehouse activity in a way that enables financial, project management and procurement management to make decisions in a timely manner by following the following procedures:
• The value of warehouse assets in pounds according to the different categories of items. • Details of items that are more or less than the previously defined upper and lower levels. • List items that have been totally or partially damaged or obsolete. • A description of the items whose turnover rate is either fast or significantly slow.
• Participate in the work of the periodic and annual inventory committees for the stores and prepare a report accordingly.
