Fundraising / Donation Specialist

Main Job Duties:

• Analyze the sources of donations in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Communicates with different companies and those interested in corporate social responsibility opening further opportunities for funding.
• Evolve ideas, proposals, initiatives to measurable donation programs and projects
• Develop new and creative fundraising activities
• Building and maintaining long-term fundraising relationships
• Increase funds through researching and targeting charitable trusts and CSR organizations
• Project selection criteria supports the strategic plan
• Produce a project plan for successful delivery
• Plan and run projects using best practices in a 6-step project management process
• Implement monitoring tools and controls to keep fully in command of the project
