- Review and moderate all user-generated content and user profiles.
- Manage YouTube- Facebook- Instagram.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Manage appointments etc.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters..)
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
