Job Description

Communication & Cooperation:

  • Respect deadlines and tasks as per quarterly micro-plans.
  • Maintain good working relations with other organizations and departments in the area of responsibility.
  • Assure regular information exchange with supervisors and managers.
  • Answer to requests, questions, and clarifications by the management promptly within two working days.
  • Regularly update the activity progress and related archiving system.

Organization / Budgeting:

  • Time monitoring and plan adjustments.
  • Micro-Planning of activities.
  • Follow up activities and assure the quality and efficiency of activities.

Reporting:

  • Prepare reports on activities covered by this ToR for the weekly meetings and other specific meetings and workshops.
  • Prepare further reports on specific request by the project management.

Financial Tasks:

  • Getting and follow up the required approvals for running of the mobile clinics.
  • Responsible for mobile clinic movement plan and logistics.
  • Prepare and follow up on the staff schedule and presence.
  • Feed in the daily data of the clinics.
  • Coordinate the availability of the required volunteers.
  • Make sure the compliance of the collected data with the requirements.
  • Collect and keeping the documents and data for processing and reporting.
  • Responsible for keeping the supplies and required materials in their reasonable balance for operation in a timely manner.
  • Prepare the monthly time sheets of the mobile clinic staff for financial imbursements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree, Preferable form faculty of medicine or pharmacy.
  • Years of experience: 1-5, Experience in Non-profit organization and national societies is an added value.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work effectively with diverse cultures.
  • The ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and complex work program within deadlines
  • Excellent computer literacy mainly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Proficiency in English language.
