About the Position
Role Purpose
Responsible for all related Financial analysis, Financial Reporting and budgetary control related to the Retail Mall
Key Accountabilities
- Assist leasing department in calculating mall revenue projections
- Tracking the Mall actual revenue and conducting the root cause analysis for the variances against budget and forecasts
- Prepare detailed analysis for operating expenses
- Calculate Occupancy cost and turnover rates
- Prepares analysis regarding Mall footfall and sales per tenant and visitor
- Assist Mall manager in any required financial data analysis
- Assist financial planning manager in preparing Mall budget and forecast
- Prepares any mall KPIs’ calculations
- Responsible for preparing strategic plan for the Mall over 5 years period
- Monthly financial reporting tasks and financial packages
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis when required
- Prepare financial data analysis required by banks as loan covenants
Job Requirements
Minimum Experience:
- 4-8 years of Accounting and analysis experience
Job-Specific Skills:
- A degree in Accounting or Finance is required, a professional certificate is an asset
- Strong Excel and database skills
- Financial analysis and accounting background
- Strong understanding of setting up and organizing database and spread sheets, finance modelling background is an asset
- Reasonable verbal and written English is required
- SAP financial application experience is preferred
