Job Description
- Reviewing all consignee's invoices through SAP and billing systems.
- Reviewing the daily collection at our bank with the SAP and billing system reports.
- Responsible for closing the shift period on billing systems after reviewing the daily collection.
- Set up & maintain a recorded & filing Sys.
- Preparing monthly reports required for the periodical closing procedures.
- Responsible for a temporary imprest for any petty cash or emergency circumstances.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- 1-2 years’ experience.
- Knowledge about automated accounting.
- Experience in MS office application.
