Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Present the company in our showrooms.
- Welcome the customer in a professional and attractive way.
- Know all the information of the products and provide a full explanation of them.
- Support the customer to choose a suitable products.
- Follow-up with the customer care to meet the delivery date, as per our service level agreement.
- Able to handle customer problems.
- Checking stocks and follow-up with the factory.
- Attending exhibitions.
- Able to work on shift bases with a single day off.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent (fresh graduate are welcome).
- Completed military service.
- 0-3 years experience.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Good sell and communication skills.
- Presentable.
- Good negotiator.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve set goals.
- Well-organized and detail oriented.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Preferably Heliopolis or Nasr City residence.
