Job Description

  • Provides administrative support in the field of secretarial and administrative affairs inside & outside the office as needed.
  • Welcome, assist and direct guests to executives office.
  • Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Assist in Scheduling meetings and appointments for Top Management.
  • Visit sites when needed and handle all tasks needed in site.
  • Save all company files and documents carefully
