- Provides administrative support in the field of secretarial and administrative affairs inside & outside the office as needed.
- Welcome, assist and direct guests to executives office.
- Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Assist in Scheduling meetings and appointments for Top Management.
- Visit sites when needed and handle all tasks needed in site.
- Save all company files and documents carefully
