Description:
- Provide end-users with technical assistance in person or via different means such as phone, email and other electronic medium.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve issues related to application use, design and configuration.
- Verify and customize end user requests.
- Assist with implementation testing and projects.
- Assist with projects to roll-out enhanced or new functionality
- Assist with new installations Network, Systems and Applications and software deployment
- Assist with Network & Systems Monitoring.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment and software.
- Document customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues.
- Assist with documentation of network and systems infrastructure.
- Generate technical guides and user manuals.
- Reporting tasks and utilization time
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- From 3 to 5 years experience
- Bachelors degree
- Good Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows 2003, 2008, 2012, and Win XP, Win7 &Win8)
- Knowledge of Linux or Unix is a plus.
- Experience with infrastructure services (Active Directory, Mail, DNS, DHCP & SQL) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Virtual Machines & Cloud computing knowledge is a plus.
- Experience of Network protocols.
- MS Office, Computer HW & SW Background.
