Job Description
Assisting the Director of International Sales on a daily basis including but not limited to:
- Scheduling and organizing external and internal meetings,
- Organizing and managing diary both manually and electronically
- Performing all office related administrative tasks
- Liaising with the travel coordinator to manage and organize business trips
- Providing assistance to coworkers and team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- 1-3 Years’ experience
- Candidate Specification: (Specific Soft & Functional Skills)
- Excellent command of English
- Very good organization skills
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent command of Microsoft office
