About the Position

Role Purpose

Manage security/ control room Mechanism, systems and Tools to lead and direct Security members within CFC to ensure the safeguard of people and assets.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage the security control room and the security systems, ledgers and Tools. And keep All required documents and full record of CCTV as a reference for operation and/or investigation purposes.
  • Supervise and report the outsource security officers’ attendance and performance.
  • Monitor and report security emergency cases and direct the response team to close the case professionally.
  • Receive and manage CFC security Email Box and/or ISOP trouble tickets without exceeding the agreed Service level agreement.
  • Provide the required data to support investigations of all losses or violation of CFC regulations

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • High graduate is preferable.
  • High knowledge of private security operation, and investigation.
  • High knowledge in security systems including CCTV, Access control and fire alarm system.
  • Good knowledge of safety practices.

Minimum Experience:

  • 5 years’ experience in private security field.
  • Experience in handling risky operation, violence and disturbance.
  • Experience in handling security control room.
  • Maximum age 35 years old.
