Job Description
It is responsible for organizing and preparing the inspection of the materials supplied to the company and ensuring that they conform to the agreed specifications and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination between the staff of the Department for inspection and quality control, sampling, testing at all company sites, quality control laboratory, and on-site field operations.
- Follow-up maintenance work for the company's factories, equipment and furniture.
- Supervise testing activities in laboratories and ensure that all experiments are carried out in accordance with appropriate standards and procedures to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure the measurement of quality control activities for all plant equipment and machinery.
- Responsible for selecting and approving suppliers of equipment, devices, chemicals, maintenance tools and other laboratory supplies.
- Take action to improve testing procedures, quality control, and use of equipment.
- Perform any other tasks related to the nature of the work as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
- Bachelor of Geology
- Preferably courses in quality concepts
- 10 years experience in quality work in road companies and Roads sector
