Job Summary:
An energetic, a highly-organized and result-oriented HR Recruitment & Outsourcing Specialist is required to join our HR team. This position is responsible for thorough execution of our recruitment and outsourcing processes and requires an eye for details, a passion for finding top talent, and an ability to handle multi-tasks in a fast paced environment.
The position includes duties such as: planning, posting and advertising jobs, reviewing job descriptions, screening online applications, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, negotiating offers and proactively building a healthy talent pipeline.
Duties & Responsibilities:
He/she should be able to:
- Manage the recruiting and outsourcing processes to meet hiring goals.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source the best talent.
- Provide recruiting solutions to complex staffing issues.
- Review and assess resumes.
- Conduct interviews and background check for the prospective candidates.
- Refer candidates to the client-organizations for possible recruitment.
- Write, edit and review job descriptions and job posts for various job positions.
- Build customer relations with client-organizations and candidates.
- Consistently meet the performance metrics and provide reporting and regular status updates to the Hiring Manager as required.
- Recommend system improvements to current recruitment & outsourcing processes to ensure streamlined, cost-effective, high-quality services are provided.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- 5+ Years of experience in Recruitment Function.
- Previous experience in outsourcing is a must.
- Have previous experience in ERP or Software Industry is also a must.
- Relevant professional certifications and accreditation are considered a plus.
