Job Description
- Work closely with all departments to agree, review and create the requested internal communication content
- Communicate externally with service providers for the content creation for all internal communications contents
- Handles all finance related requests and purchasing orders
- Plan and develop annual events agenda targeting high employee engagement and to increase the employee satisfaction trends
- Coordinate all RCC recognition programs
- Acts as a representative for the LOB internal communication which includes but not limited to coordination for CC- LOB Employees related events and Communication with Corporate communications department for LOB related communication matters
- Prepare required reports and communicate it with concerned management
Job Requirements
- 3 - 4 Years of Work Experience in events coordination & internal communication field.
- Fluent in Arabic & English language
- Other supported languages are preferable
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
- Postgraduate studies in the marketing field is an added plus
