Job Description

  • Your employer "Tashawer Healthcare Consultancy" is a management consulting firm, specialized in large hospital projects and health systems design. You will support the team in researching, developing and presenting business proposals to clients and external partners of the organization. Your role is very critical as you will be acting as the hub for knowledge consolidation, business development and project initiation activities.
  • You will be exposed to a stream of opportunities to interact with, so you should be self-motivated and decisive as you will lead the process in most of the time.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute industry intelligence activities and maintain an updated insights about market trend.
  • Prepare industry reports, presentations and documentation needed for new projects and proposals.
  • Provide the team with background research information ahead of setting-up project proposals.
  • Conduct fieldwork and telephone meetings to develop partnerships and maintain a network of potential service providers.
  • Prepare progress reports of current and new projects by staying abreast of all operational and financial updates of the projects.
  • Provide technical assistance in finance and business development issues in other ad-hoc tasks that will be initiated.
  • Assist in designing new services, processes and procedures for the company and its initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in economics, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in Healthcare industry or Healthcare background is essential.
  • Experience in consulting, engagement in consulting projects for business operations.
  • Working across cultures and in matrix organizational structures
  • Negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills
  • Excellent English for business writing and verbal communication skills. Other languages are an advantage.
