Job Description
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for the GM.
- Attend meetings with top management and record MoM.
- Produce reports presentations and briefs
- Make travel arrangements & coordinate with travel agencies.
- Follow up with all departments required tasks and deadlines.
- Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- Handle telephone calls, e-mails and other methods of communication.
- Devise and maintain office filing system.
Job Requirements
- University graduate.
- Experience in the same position (Office Manager) 3-5 years.
- Excellent organizing & time management competencies.
- Very good presentation & communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent Microsoft Office.
- Cairo resident (Near to Obour is preferred).
- Female only.
