Job Description
- Implement the company HR strategies and initiatives in line with the overall business strategy
- Implement and coordinate the HR administrative functions across the company
- Assist the HR Manager in his/her day-to-day duties such as :
- Manage employee’s medical insurance claims
- Compile and update employees’ records
- Follow up employee’s attendance and track leave forms
- Prepare Medical & Social Insurance forms
- Conduct orientation training for newcomers
- Assist in maintaining a healthy work culture and communication with employees across the company
- Assist in establishing performance appraisals of employees according to the company policy
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Males are preferred
- Up to 5 years of relevant experience
- Very good command of English
- Adept at using Microsoft office main tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc..)
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
