Recruitment specialist is needed for Ennwa Group For business Development located in Masr el gdida
Job Duties
- Implements the overall recruiting strategy and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Analyses the recruitment process performance, recommends and implements changes to the recruitment process.
- Sources and attracts candidates by using databases and different channels.
- Screens candidates’ resumes and job applications.
- Conducts interviews’ and filters candidates for open positions.
- Handles the testing process (English placement test – IQ test – Typing test).
- Issues regular reports as requested.
- Posts the required vacancies using different channels.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1:2 years of experience.
- Education: Bachelor Degree.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- To be able to work well independently and also as a part of a team.
- Good Command of English Language.
