Job Description
- Calculate all executed work with proper way
- Manage proper way for getting RIW approved for all executed work
- Prepare company payment certificates to client and follow to get approval in coordination with PM and site team
- Prepare all needed in coordination with site team for any new items or claim and coordinate with all other sections ( Pricing- contract - cost control )
- Follow materials ( status - approval - delivery ) to avoid any shortage for material at site
- Prepare monthly report for cost control with receivable and payable through PCs
- Prepare reports for construction team for all obstacles and suggest how to solve
