- Maintain good relationships with the clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships.
- Develop and implement a customer service strategy for the organization .
- Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for the department.
- Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services.
- Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services in an effort to guide their choices
- Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use.
- Managing a team of customer services staff
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years Experience in real estate customer service.
- Self esteem and confident
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Outgoing and customer-oriented attitude.
