Job Description

  • Maintain good relationships with the clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships.
  • Develop and implement a customer service strategy for the organization .
  • Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for the department.
  • Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services.
  • Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services in an effort to guide their choices
  • Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use.
  • Managing a team of customer services staff

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years Experience in real estate customer service.
  • Self esteem and confident
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Outgoing and customer-oriented attitude.
