Job Description
Responsibility:
- Providing customer service and technical support for our products, services, and innovative applications.
- Submit advanced and creative troubleshooting skills to handle and track customers' issues and follow up with them using various department tools and on-line resources.
- Explain complex technical concepts simply with a positive attitude and tone of voice to achieve customer interaction and loyalty.
- Implementing technical documentation for new released products.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- B.Sc. degree in electronics and communication engineering is a Must.
- Excellent presentation and professional written communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Excellent computer and software skills
- 0-1 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or system support.
- Must have knowledge to troubleshoot and explain in detail various technical applications based on latest technologies in electronics and communication field.
- Ability to handle multi-tasks to achieve specific and strategic goals set by supervisors and management.
- Egyptians only.
