Job Description
1- Products and Suppliers
- Creating a database of suppliers dealing with Mersal and the details of the agreement with them.
- Creating a database of potential suppliers and scheduling communication with them.
- Make a list of all the products available in the branches.
- Creating a system for calculating products and covering deficiencies from existing products.
- Creating an internal system with the help of the reception team official to ensure the progress of the sales movement in accordance with the financial plan of the store.
- Follow up on products and the movement of their sale in branches and external sales fairs (bazaars, malls, companies...).
- Working to increase the products in proportion to the nature of the institution and the donors.
- Make a plan to manufacture products for the institution and follow it up fully with the competent authorities Y- Ensuring that all those dealing with customers know the details of each product.
- Make a plan for the best way to serve customers in seasons, and follow up on it (delivery, output calculation, profit, costs...).
2- The halls
- Follow-up of the work of the Mersal halls.
- Ensuring the availability of the halls to receive customers and the team's ability to manage them (in cooperation with the leaders of the communications and reception teams).
- Solve problems related to the halls.
3- Planning
- Participation in the placement of the investigator required by each branch, the store and the halls in general
- Develop a plan to participate in exhibitions and various places of sale in proportion to the required investigator.
- Setting a clear development and development plan for each of Mirsal’s business (monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Making a marketing plan for all products and halls to attract, follow up and evaluate the target groups in cooperation with the marketing team.
4- Data
- Creating a database with all the customer data of the Mersal Store and Mersal halls, and handing it over to the communications team.
- Seeking to increase the database through external sales fairs.
5- Report
- Make a monthly report on sales, realization, profit rate, and costs.
- B- Making an integrated monthly report on each hall (number of reservations, needs, marketing methods..).
- C- Prepare a report on all verified and verified external activities and exhibitions.
6- Participate in the implementation of external activities of Mersal and ensure that the idea of the Mersal store is presented appropriately.
7- Commitment to the general pattern of the institution of the institution's policies and not to deviate from the text of the work.
8- Maintaining complete confidentiality of data and not exchanging or circulating data in any case.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- BA in Business, Management, or relevant discipline.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Networking, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Very good Communication & Customer Relation skills.
- Business-to-business sales experience.
