Job Description

  • Plan & execute digital marketing strategist that aims at producing a positive ROI for our clients. It includes handling everything from competitor research, audience selection, to lead generation to customer value optimization as well as conversion rate optimization.   
  • Manage media buying campaigns across all social media and digital channels.
  • Work with designers, copywriters, and social media specialist on assets used for paid media campaigns.
  • Building strategies for account expansion on spending and performance.
  • Optimizing campaigns towards lower cost per KPIs and achieving what is promised in media plans is a must.
  • SEO service management for clients with strict and long term achieved results.
  • Launch email marketing campaigns.
  • Launch SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Support the team with weekly updates on the latest trends in the digital marketing field.
  • Submitting weekly reports for campaign performance and KPIs achieved Vs promised.
  • Work on website improvement and optimization for best performance.
  • Researching competitors' digital strategies and media sponsored used to improve client performance.
  • Writing proposals
  • Creating media buying sheets         

Job Requirements

Knowledge

  • Understanding the customer journey, basics of psychology and human behavior, and mastery of how digital channels work.

Skills

  • Excellent mastery of digital channels, segmentation, conversion rate optimization, social media marketing, content marketing, messenger marketing, copywriting, Search engine marketing, search engine optimization, and a strong grip of analytics.

Abilities

  • Ability to go towards any direction based on the results obtained from initial campaign results as well as be able to pivot at any point in time during a campaign’s timeline, as well as the ability to work with any budget given no matter how large or small, this is essential for as long as the strategist or the media buyer is the one making the strategy itself.
  • Strong writing, presentation, strategic, and analytical thinking skills.
  • Able to work independently and have excellent time management skills.
  • Proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role; experience in digital media is preferred
  • Excellent understanding of online marketing and campaigns 
  • Understands how digital fits in the overall client marketing/media strategy
