Job Description
- Supervise the practical training in companies/factories
- Facilitate and encourage a practical learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential
- Adopting and working towards the implementation of the school development plan
- Following and evaluating the teaching and learning strategies, methodologies and programmesin line with the school guidance
- Attending an participating in the school meetings,care technical education meetings and other meetings as required.
- Contributing to the professional development of new supervisors according to arrangement agreed with the head of school
- Evaluating student progress on a regular basis including progress reports and quarterly grades
- Applying student-centered training methods
- Contributing to oral and practical assessment,reports and references related to individual students or group of students
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Practical experience as engineer is a plus
- Basic training or teaching experience
- Good skills in English language
- ICDL certificate is a plus
