Job Description
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, and reordering supplies.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail and face to face.
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in related field.
- 1:3 years administrative experience.
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
- Multilingual is preferred.
