Job Description

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, and reordering supplies.
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail and face to face.
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in related field.
  • 1:3 years administrative experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
  • Multilingual is preferred.
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others. top skills & proficiency:
  • Reporting Skills, Verbal Communication, Office Administration Procedures, Attention to Details, Accuracy and Multitasking.
