Job Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Produce various types of graphic designs in line with digital publishing standards using professional design software.
- Edit and produce video materials using professional editing software and create engaging visual content.
- Develop basic production templates for video and graphic products in line with the company's clients' visual identity.
- Understand the production team's needs and specifications and draft video shooting scripts.
- Review shooting scripts and raw materials to create a shot decision list based on the value of scenes and their contribution to continuity.
- Determine cuts and shots, sequence the film, and ensure logical continuity of scenes.
- Incorporate music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.
- Work according to precise deadlines, balancing priorities to ensure content delivery aligns with various social media platforms.
- Communicate and consult with team members, including editors, producers, content creators, and graphic designers, to ensure content is produced attractively from production to post-production.
- Continuously follow and implement new editing techniques and best industry practices for maximum efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of digital content ideas for different social media platforms.
- Organize and archive produced materials and raw footage for easy future access.
- Handle and resolve technical issues related to montage.
- Execute any other tasks requested by the management.
Required Skills:
- At least three years of experience as a video editor.
- Experience in handling different types of images (videos), and adapting their sizes and dimensions for various social media platforms.
- Ability to work with digital technologies and software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro X.
- Proficiency in using visual effects.
- Ability to arrange scenes and use appropriate timing between shots.
- Knowledge of using and composing 3D images.
- Good understanding of camera angles and shot continuity.
- Keen observation and attention to detail.
- Ability to present creative ideas.
- Excellent communication skills, time management, and effectiveness in managing work requirements.
- Effective communication in a high-pressure environment, positive attitude, and willingness to work hard and enjoy teamwork.
