Job Description
- Responsible for the organization's talent programs including employees' engagements and internship programs.
- Conduct the career development planning process and setting succession plan for key positions.
- Assist in formulating HR policies, procedures & objectives assuring its alignment with the company strategic goals.
- Managing the performance appraisal process for the organization in terms of conducting awareness sessions, follow up the implementation process & analyzing all related data to improve organizational performance
- Create & update all job profiles to ensure each employee (existing or new joiners) understands his/her job properly in order to achieve required objectives
- Ensure maintaining connections with various recruitment resources (Agencies, educational institutes, and employment fairs,.. etc)
- Assist in developing PMS and setting performance development plan, Identifying training needs for the staff and the delivery of appropriate training programs.
- Analyzes employees' turnover in each unit to know its reasons and suggest ideas to minimize it.
- Actively support the implementation of business initiatives and business needs with effective HR measures and promote positive employee relations in the work environment.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in human resources or relevant field
- TOT certificate is a must
- +6 Years Experience
- Solid experience in implementing L&D programs
- Proven work experience as Talent Management or similar role
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with performance management procedures
