Job Description
- Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.
- Analyzing data collected and recording results
- Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports
- Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
- Assisting in Month end close of the General Ledger
- Comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
- Accumulate and apply overhead costs as required
- Monitoring and controlling of the imported acquisitions of Trading materials, spare parts & assets.
- Monitoring the stock flow of Trading materials and spare parts
- Preparing the stock movement sheets of trading products per warehouse.
- Assuring the stock movement sheets compliance with the inventory equation.
- Determine the monthly inventory balances.
- Determine the cost of goods sold.
- Prepare monthly report of the warehouses, explaining the quantities and actual cost per item.
- Review the cost and pricing of furniture items and quantity for projects.
- Making analysis for projects to determine profit margin percentage and ability to create and present a clear image of company in all projects.
- Providing reports which show the profit and loss for projects.
- Follow up the projects and shipments (supplies from stores and control on them).
- Provide support to all departments specially the sales department in pricing.
- Preparation of Journal Entries for Monthly Activity.
- إعداد التقارير اليومية الخاصة بحساب التكاليف لكل منتج من منتجات الشركة بالاعتماد على تقارير الإنتاج وتقارير المخازن والجودة وفق الأصول المحاسبة المعتمدة.
- إعداد التقارير اللازمة لحساب التكاليف التقديرية للمنتجات الجديدة وفق خطط التطوير .
- إمساك وحفظ ومعالجة وتعديل وإصدار ملفات تكاليف المنتجات وكذلك صحيفة المنتجات.
- رفع التقارير الدورية والسنوية بالانجازات والمشاكل والإخفاقات وما تم تأجيله للإدارة المالية .
الأشراف والاشتراك في مهام مراقبة المخزون.
- تسجيل ومعالجة وتعديل وحفظ كافة البيانات المحاسبة المرتبطة بحساب التكاليف.
- تقديم المعلومات عن التكلفة الفعلية من أجل مقارنتها بالتكلفة المقدرة ومساعدة الإدارة في تصحيح سياسات التسعير.
- المساهمة في تصميم و تطوير نظام التكاليف ، مع العمل على متابعة مخرجات منظومة مبيعات الشركة لتوفير البيانات اللازمة لنظام التكاليف .
- تصنيف التكاليف المباشرة والغير مباشرة وتحديد تكاليف المنتج بشكل دقيق ومراجعة قائمة الخامات المستخدمة لكل منتج
- التنسيق الدائم مع الأقسام الفنية لمراجعة ساعات التشغيل وأعداد الأفراد والمواد الخام اللازمين للإنتاج وكذلك التواصل مع إدارة المشتريات لتقييم عمليات الشراء للوصول لأنسب التكاليف.
- عمل نماذج خاصة لحساب (تكلفة المواد الخام والمصروفات الخاصة بكل أمر توريد / إنتاج ) واحتساب التكلفة الفعلية والمعيارية الخاصة بالمشاريع الجديدة وإعداد التقارير الخاصة بذلك
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce – Accounting
- 4 years of experience
- Experience in Furniture, Wood field is a must .
