Job Description
- Present Millennium services to insurance and corp payers.
- Generate and renew contracts with medical insurance companies and corporate, and maintain contract database for companies
- Conduct effective regular offices visits to referring medical insurance companies and corporate to generate referrals and achieve and exceed sales goals
- Prepare and follow up claim timely settlement
- Educate new and existing target contacts on services offered by Millennium Health Care
- Establish and maintain relationships with physicians and clinical/office staff in target accounts
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in sales of Health Care service and/or medical insurance.
- Experience with insurance claims preparation and follow-up
- Good communication, selling, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Preferable Medical background (Medicine, veterinarian , Dental, Pharmaceutical)
- Ability to engage with clients and seek to understand their needs while actively sharing options using plain language, building rapport and handling objections
- Fluent in English Language.
- Tactful and Presentable.
- Must be organized and ethical.
- Comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching
- Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
