Job Description
- Develops and coordinates Area and centre/hospital plans in line with Specialty objectives; develops and executes business plans and delivers required financial results for own Ilaris.
- Builds effective and enduring customer relationships; identifies and works closely with the most significant customers in the area; where appropriate, establishes clinical forums, programs and alliances to support customers, prescribers, pharmacists, nursing personnel etc.
- Manages and optimizes effective allocation of resources to deliver required business results.
- Works effectively with Key Accounts, Key Account Managers to achieve business results.
- Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key accounts and customers to promote Ilaris awareness and optimization of patient and market share and achieve the maximum sales potential.
- Provides expert Ilaris insight into the local healthcare systems and their likely impact on customers; communicates customer insights to internal stakeholders and supports development of new business strategies for Ilaris brand/product; identifies top business opportunities or gaps through analysis of available reports.
- Serves as a communication bridge from Senior Management to representatives.
- Supports training of Ilaris for new comer .
- Creates a diverse and inclusive environment free from all forms of discrimination and harassment. Understanding and use of marketing principle (IPS) process to deliver customer needs.
- Establish Novartis position in institution business and accelerate the penetration and listing and enhance Ilaris consumption through driving cross functions and build real partnership plans with the KDMs.
- Be a key point of contact for Ilaris prioritized accounts and customers, enabling ongoing highlighting of planned strategies to achieve win - win outcomes and quick handling of enquiries and complaints quickly and professionally and in accordance with company procedures
- Developing UPJ and 1 to 1 marketing plans for key accounts & customers, ensuring a full understanding of all aspects that will drive business success; these aspects include insights, anticipated customer requirements, Ilaris objectives as per the Integrated Product Strategy (IPS) Plan
- Identifies top business opportunities or gaps through continuous & Up- to- date analysis of market and competitors and modification of plans and execution to respond to these changes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy English and Arabic Language.
- 2-3 years successful Pharma sales experience in orphan disease.
- Previous supervisory / sales management experience preferred.
- Previous experience in key account / customer management preferred
- Excellent planning and negotiation skills with proven record of strategic and tactical business planning and implementation essential
- Knowledge of and experience in Saudi specialty market environment preferred
- Proven effectiveness in dealing with key decision makers
- The ability and initiative to work independently through a high level of personal achievement
