Job Description
- Build a comprehensive and integrated commercial strategy for products and services, incorporating strategic and financial analyses
- Identify ideal partners, evaluate opportunities, pitch partnerships to targets, and negotiate deals through to closure.
- Seek-out and source new clients by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant resources for sales and business development, including pipeline management.
- Develop, grow, and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing partners
- Ability to gain a detailed understanding of markets, segments, and segment organizations, with a focus on identifying those entities which align with Locked-In Careers' strategic objectives
- Develop and deliver presentations to small and large groups
- Ensure meticulous execution of all projects and work, with data and content consistently accurate and well presented
- Conscientious and responsible with company resources
- Responsive with timely internal and external communication
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Account Executive or similar role
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
